Welcome to the Washington State Prostate Cancer Coalition (WSPCC)
The mission of the WSPCC is to make prostate cancer a key public health care priority by disseminating information, advocating for the highest quality of life for prostate cancer patients, performing outreach to and involving the communities of our state, overcoming cultural barriers to proper care and treatment, and encouraging prostate cancer research.
By working together, the people of Washington State will see a day when prostate cancer is no longer a threat to men and their families.
HISTORY OF THE WSPCC:
The WSPCC was formed in June of 2002 to address the need for enhanced awareness and advocacy of prostate cancer in Washington State and to bring together all stakeholders to increase efficiencies and effectiveness of efforts to make prostate cancer a healthcare priority in the state.
